1. Nature of Our Service
MyCure Pathway provides independent patient facilitation and coordination services: identifying suitable hospitals, coordinating medical opinions, assisting with appointment scheduling, visa guidance, accommodation and transfer coordination, and ongoing communication support.
We do not provide: medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical services, pharmaceutical services, or any healthcare service of any kind.
2. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website or communicated by MyCure Pathway constitutes medical advice. MyCure Pathway's team members are patient coordinators and travel advisors — not licensed medical professionals. Always consult a qualified medical professional for clinical decisions.
3. Hospital Independence
All hospitals we work with are independent, separately owned medical institutions. MyCure Pathway is not affiliated with, owned by, or an official representative of any hospital. We do not guarantee treatment quality, safety, or outcomes. Your medical treatment relationship is directly and solely between you and the hospital.
4. No Guarantee of Treatment Outcomes
MyCure Pathway makes no representation regarding the outcome of any medical treatment. Medical outcomes depend on clinical factors outside our control. We strongly recommend obtaining independent medical opinions before committing to treatment.
5. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate medical information, make all final medical decisions independently, obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance, and be responsible for all hospital fees, treatment costs, accommodation, and travel costs.
6. Fees and Payments
MyCure Pathway does not charge patients for facilitation services. All hospital payments are made directly to the hospital. We do not collect or process payments for hospital treatment.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyCure Pathway shall not be liable for medical treatment outcomes, actions of any hospital or doctor, any loss or injury arising from hospital treatment, travel disruptions, or any indirect damages.
8. Intellectual Property
Hospital names and logos referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or official representation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
